QuickInvoice 2.63
Released on August 12, 2004, minor update:

This update is fully compatible with 2.xx versions of QuickInvoice. Simply install this update on top of your existing installation. All your data and settings will be preserved.
Bug Fix: The discount field was displayed on printed invoices even if the discount amount was equal zero. That issue affected users whose currency symbol was other than "$". This version fixes this issue. The discount field will be displayed on printed invoices only if the discount is greater than zero.
Bug Fix: The colored background for tax fields was sometimes displayed even if the tax was deactivated. This version fixes this issue.
Bug Fix: On systems running Windows 95/98/Me, in some cases, QuickInvoice would refuse to create new records in the Customer or Inventory list after reaching a few hundred records. The problem was related to INI file 64K limitation. This version fixes this issue.
Improvement: If your invoice has multiple pages, you no longer need to switch pages to print each page. The print button now prints all pages.
Improvement: In some cases, marking an invoice as "Due on receipt" would trigger the "This Payment Is Overdue" warning. This problem has been fixed. You can now adjust the amount of days needed for "Due on receipt" invoices to become overdue from the "Options" menu.
New Feature: By popular demand, QuickInvoice now allows you to easily backup and restore your data at any time. This function is available from the "File" menu.
New Feature: By popular demand, you can now hide the rounded boxes ("Bill To", "Ship To") and two rows of rectangular fields on the top of the invoice by emptying their labels.

Bug Fix: Some users have reported that after installing version 2.57 QuickInvoice asks for a password on startup even if you didn't use that feature. This version fixes this issue.
Bug Fix: In some cases, when creating a "Sales Report By Customer", some invoices were not counted. This issue was related to a small bug in the Customer List feature and has now been fixed.

Bug Fix: When adding an inventory item using the auto-complete function, item prices over $1000 were sometimes truncated. This issue has been fixed.
Bug Fix: In some cases, when creating a "Sales Report By Customer", the amounts displayed in the "Paid" column were always $0.
Bug Fix: Users who have Asian or other Unicode character support installed were sometimes unable to use QuickInvoice due to their password not being recognized. This issue has been fixed.

This update is fully compatible with 2.xx versions of QuickInvoice. Simply install this update on top of your existing installation. All your data and settings will be preserved.
New Feature: You can now use your own Item IDs for your inventory items.
New Feature: If you use the inventory, you can now add items to your invoice even faster thanks to a new auto-complete function.
New Feature: You can now print the list of invoices displayed on the invoice management screen.
New Feature: You can now organize your invoices by moving some of them into folders such as "Paid Invoices", "Old Invoices", etc. This feature allows you to keep your "Main" folder free of invoices you don't longer need to monitor.
New Feature: By popular demand, QuickInvoice can now create reports that allow you to see a summary of your sales globally or by customer. The reports allow you to filter your invoices by folder, type, payment status, date or period of time.
Improvement: The length of the "Order Number" field has been increased to 12 characters.
Improvement: QuickInvoice now comes with a useful help file explaining its main features and functions.
Bug Fix: In some cases, specifying more than 1 copy when printing had no effect. This issue has been fixed.
Bug Fix: In some cases, after applying a full payment to an invoice, a balance of 0.01 remained. This rounding issue has been fixed.
Bug Fix: In some cases, invoices were not marked as printed even if they were. This issue has been fixed.

QuickInvoice 2.09
Released on July 26, 2003, minor update:

Bug Fix: This bug affects users from certain European countries. Depending on the "Decimal symbol" and "Digit grouping symbol" in your Windows Control Panel, QuickInvoice could display wrong amounts in the Total column. For example, EUR 130,00 was displayed as EUR 13.000,00. This problem has been fixed.
Bug Fix: The "Delete" button didn't allow an Inventory item to be deleted. This problem has been fixed.
